Guided by our expert hosts, enjoy a tasting of three distinctive Irish Coffee serves before crafting your own using Roe & Co Signature Blend whiskey. Along the way, uncover the history of whiskey, coffee and Irish hospitality, while learning the techniques behind the perfect Irish Coffee; from the basic ingredients, balancing flavour and texture, to adding the finishing touches that make every serve memorable. Blending storytelling, hands-on cocktail making and exceptional whiskey, this experience offers a fresh take on an Irish classic and celebrates the creativity at the heart of Roe & Co.
